Starting in July, our parish will only have one Mass at 10:00 am on Sundays. The Saturday Mass will remain unchanged. We believe that this change in the Mass schedule, reflective of summer attendance of the parish, will help us to gather more of our community to our church for a Mass that feels as full and joyful as any holiday Mass might. Thank you for your understanding.
The information from our Listening Sessions is now available. Details on how to view the models and complete the survey to contribute more comments are as follows (also listed in the parish bulletin):
Our SVdP food pantry has some items that run low frequently. This month we would like to request:
Canned fruit, jams, jellies, preserves;
Tuna, Spam, canned chicken;
Canned vegetables such as green beans, corn, peas, baked beans;
Canned soups, chili, beef stew,
Canned fruit, lunch box size apple sauce and fruit snacks,
Macaroni and cheese, ramen noodles,
Pasta sauce and noodles.
We are always grateful for Meijer or Aldi gift cards, $20 or $25 denominations.
We could use donations of toilet paper, paper towels and gently used brown paper grocery bags.
If you have an abundance of produce from your gardens such as tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini and
would like to donate produce, please call our office at 586 773-9231 and plan to bring produce on
Monday mornings around 10am for distributing to our neighbors on Monday and Tuesday mornings.
Thank you for your generosity!
