ALL volunteers need to meet the Archdiocesan Safe Environment requirements before lending a hand.  It’s just three steps: 1. Obtain a background check form from the parish office.   2. Create an online account at Virtusonline.org, where you will sign a volunteer code of conduct and register for a training session under the “Detroit, MI (Archdiocese)”.   3. Complete your Virtus Protecting God’s Children training session—in-person and online options available.   You must preregister for training.
