October 4th is the Memorial of St. Francis of Assisi and at 1 p.m. we will have the blessing of animals who
today are considered “good companions” for many people.
Next Sunday, October 5th is the Feast Day dedicated to St. Faustina, the patroness of our parish that was
established on July 1, 2013. The First Class Relic of St. Faustina will be exposed to all parishioners for public
veneration. I am encouraging our parishioners and guests to participate at the Masses and service at
our church.
On October 9th from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.
St. Faustina Parish will be hosting
representatives from the AoD who
will present the training class. If you
are interested in volunteering at the
parish in any capacity and have not
had the training within the last 3
years, you need to attend this class.
You also need to complete a background
check form . Classes are also
available on line but this is your opportunity
to attend a class at your
parish. More information on how to
register is available on page 6 of the
bulletin. You must pre-register for
this class.
